Engr. Md . Abdul Quddus
Founder and CEO of Design and Development Solution (DDS), is a Structural Engineer with fifteen years of experience. Versatile, bilingual professional with management experience ranging in size from small private projects to full scale high profile corporate and industrial structural design for construction projects. He has received BSc in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University Engineering and Technology BUET in 2005. His career started as Structural Engineer at Project Design and Construction Limited on May 30, 2005. He moved to MARZ Engineers and Builders Limited as Senior Structural Engineer in August 2008. In 2009, he was given the opportunity to make shift his career as Chief Structural Engineer in country’s one of the renowned civil engineering consultancy firm Interspace Limited where he served for four Years.
During his career, he built the capacity of working independently with minimum supervision and making significant decisions in standard project designs, specifications and guiding the engineering team in both RCC and Steel structure. He is committed to providing high quality services in every project with a focus on health, safety and environmental issues.
In 2009, he established DDS with the vision to be a market leader in provision of civil engineering and building construction services. At the time of inception, DDS started moving with a very small team under a team leader with his guidance as and when required.
In 2014, Md. Abdul Quddus became the full time CEO of the organization. Since then, the company is heavily engaged in both architectural and structural design projects in multi storied industrial and high rise residential and commercial building. Under his profound leadership, the company has finished more than 180 Detail Engineering Assessment DEA projects of more than 100 RMG industries with utmost client satisfactory. Today, DDS is a first name in mind when it is about DEA in RMG sector in Bangladesh for the certification of ACCORD alliance, RSC, NIRAPAN, PRIMAR and ILO.
He is a registered member of MIEB (No. 21384) and RAJUK (No. DMINB/CE 0231).
